Returned goods will not be accepted without our prior consent. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will not accept any returns on altered or damaged products. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all orders that are processed and then canceled, refused or not picked up at the post office. Requests for a product return must include our original invoice number and product number, e-mail requests to returns@ammoclip.com or use the return form button to the left.

We disclaim any and all other warranties either implied or expressed. All warranty claims must be made directly to the manufacturer of the product for repair or replacement. We are not a warranty repair station for any manufacturer.

Claims of shortages or damaged shipments must be made immediately upon receipt of the damaged or shorted shipment. In the event of shipping damage we will provide you with USPS form 1000 by mail. This must be filled out and returned to us along with the damaged merchandise (at the customers expense) before we will process the replacement or refund.

Claims for loss will only be processed after 31 days. If you receive your shipping notice and do not receive your product within 5 business days of the shipping date contact us at justask@ammoclip.com . After 25 days we will send out USPS form 1000 with a return envelope. This cannot be filled out or signed until the 31st day. When we receive the form after the 31st day we will process the loss. Please note that most "lost" packages show up in 30 days or less and the US Postal Service has lost less then 1 package per 3,000 shipped (Priority Numbered Insured). 

Refunds for returned products will be issued with our prior consent only. They will be issued only after we receive the product in as shipped condition or process the loss claim. A replacement for a product that was lost or damaged in shipping is only possible if the item is still in inventory. Some items are one of a kind and may never be in stock again. A 4% to 15% restocking fee will be applied to returned items. Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping cost is the customers responsibility.

A $35.00 collection fee will be charged to all dishonored customer obligations to us. We reserve the right to use a second party collection company who may also assess additional charges in the collection process.

If an item is listed with a purchase button there is a 99% chance it is in stock.
